		<description><![CDATA[Who does TBTF serve? Bondholders, stockholders, depositors, executives, lower level employees?  Most executives at TBTF banks were fired and lost a large part of potential pay.  Shareholders obviously also lost.  Seems it benefits bondholders, depositors and lower level employees.]]></description>
